Sarah Jane Burton, 65, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, May 9, 2014 at 4:17 P.M. at her residence

She was born October 28, 1948, in Adair County, to the late Johnnye & Annie Murrell Wilson.  She was a member of Emory Chapel United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her companion, Charles Young on August 2, 2003.

Survivors include:
One son – Bobby (Tammy) Burton of Columbia
One sister – Geneva Antle of Columbia
Five grandchildren – Cody Dale Burton, Bobby Lee Burton, Sara Brooke Burton, Candace (Barry) Petty, Ashely (Brandon) Willis
Three great-grandchildren – Weston Lee Willis, Raegen Petty, Brantley Willis
Several other relatives & friends

Funeral service – Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Withers officiating

Burial in Columbia Cemetery

Visitation after 2:00 P.M. Monday
