Lonnie D. Allan Stone, 66, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 11:50 A.M. at his home after an illness.

He was born October 26, 1949, in Adair County, to the late Kenneth and Gaithey Ovalene Kearns Stone.  He was a US Army Veteran, serving in Vietnam, a member of Fellowship Lodge 681, F&AM in Anderson, IN, retired from General Motors in Anderson, Indiana after 30 years, and played professional bluegrass music from 1992-2002.

Survivors include:
His wife – Peggy Flatford Stone of Columbia
One daughter – Leslie (Bobby) Morrison of Columbia
Two sons – Matt (Brittany) Stone, Dustin (Brittany) Stone all of Columbia
One brother – Kenneth Stone, Jr., of Anderson, IN
One sister – Sandy McGowan of Russell County
Five grandchildren
Several other relatives and friends

Funeral service – Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Knight and Bro. Raymond Garrett officiating

Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery with full military honors presented by V.F.W. Post 6097

Visitation after 5:00 P.M. Wednesday
